In this month's program, we invited contributors to May's diversity-themed Journal of Financial Planning, Keith Beverly, CFA, CFP, and Kathleen Boyd, CFP, along with Gary Clement, CFP, to discuss and continue the candid conversation about diversity and inclusion in the profession. Led by host Robert Castillo, ADPA, the panelists will dig into the tough issues around diversity and inclusion that persist, despite the attention and efforts to create change in the profession. Topics will include the exploration of existing barriers, and impact-oriented strategies prescribed by the panelists to build an inclusive financial planning community with opportunity and access for the widest spectrum of people. This interactive, online roundtable includes an audience Q&A.
